Damages and issues
We take all precautions and extra measures to ensure your product arrives safely and intact, however sometimes shipping conditions can affect what arrives at your door. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the request is not received within that timeframe, it will not be honored.
If you have concerns or are unhappy with your product when it arrives, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will deal with returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If your return is accepted, we will issue you a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
