How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is automatically applied once you have reached a cart total of $100 (after all discounts have been applied). This does not apply for Sip & Dip Club as all applicable shipping costs have been included in the total price.
When will my order ship?
We process orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order (excluding holidays) and then ship across the United States within 1-5 business days. Orders received on Fridays will ship out on the following Monday.
Why is my estimated delivery time different than the actual delivery time?
Delivery times are estimated by USPS based on your address provided while placing the order. These are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot control delays by the shipping carrier caused by weather, or any other uncontrollable circumstances. Please use your provided tracking number for the most up to date information on status and delivery timelines.
I never received my order. What do I do?
Biscotti Boutique is not responsible for inaccurate address locations given at the time of order. Please double check your spelling and accuracy of the information you are providing for a delivery address. If you cannot identify an obvious error, please contact us using one of the options on our support page and we will try to work with you to figure out where the error occurred and correct it, if possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your order is placed and shipping is initiated, you should receive an email with a tracking code. Use this number for the most accurate shipping information from store to door.
